NEW YORK, March 13, 2018— Michelle Leetham, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary at Rodan + Fields’, the #1 skincare brand in the U.S.[1] and one of the fastest-growing disruptors in beauty,will be honored with a 2018 Women of Achievement Award by Legal Momentum, the Women’s Legal Defense and Education Fund, at its Women of Achievement Awards Dinner on March 21, 2018 in San Francisco. Legal Momentum leads action for the legal rights of women through education and advocacy. The award recognizes women who have achieved distinction in law, business, and public service.

As Rodan + Fields’ Chief Legal Officer, Michelle directs all aspects of the Company's legal affairs and provides strategic advice on business matters to ensure the Company is operating within the law. Prior to joining Rodan + Fields, Michelle served as Vice President, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and Chief Litigation Counsel at First Solar, was Of Counsel for Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak and Stewart, and was Vice President, Principal Counsel and Manager of Global Litigation for the Bechtel Corporation, where she led the effort to develop Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") Programs. Michelle teaches a course on Mediation at U.C. Berkeley School of Law and is an Advisor to the American Law Institute project to develop a Restatement of the U.S. Law of International Commercial Arbitration. Michelle also serves on the Legal Executive Committee of the Personal Care Products Council.
