NEW YORK, February 22, 2018—Winston & Strawn LLP’s Silicon Valley Head of Litigation, Esha Bandyopadhyay, will be honored with a 2018 Women of Achievement Award by Legal Momentum, the Women’s Legal Defense and Education Fund, at its Women of Achievement Awards Dinner on March 21, 2018 in San Francisco. Legal Momentum leads action for the legal rights of women through education and advocacy. The award recognizes women who have achieved distinction in law, business, and public service.

Esha leads Winston’s Silicon Valley litigation practice. She has been practicing intellectual property litigation and counseling for close to two decades, representing companies from Fortune 100 to emerging start-ups, and handling lawsuits involving complex subject matters ranging from computer hardware and software to consumer products to medical devices.

Alongside her legal practice, Esha serves on Winston’s Patent Steering Committee, Women’s Leadership Initiative, and Associate Assignment Committee. She devotes time to the South Asian Bar Association, the Women’s Intellectual Property Law Association, and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, where she is involved with the Women’s Leadership Network. Additionally, Esha has trained in Indian classical dance for 32 years and has received countless awards and accolades.
